By accessing and using FitCV ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FitCV, an AI-powered resume optimization platform operated by Fernando Garfella Pérez ("we," "us," or "our").

FitCV provides AI-powered resume analysis and optimization services, including:

• Resume analysis against job descriptions
• Personalized improvement recommendations
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility checks
• Detailed scoring and feedback reports
• Premium features for enhanced optimization

To access certain features of FitCV, you must create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree to use FitCV only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent resume information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our algorithms
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

FitCV offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited monthly resume analyses
• Premium Plans: Enhanced features, unlimited analyses, and premium reports
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice

The FitCV service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fernando Garfella Pérez and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• You retain ownership of your resume content
• We may use anonymized data to improve our AI algorithms
• You grant us a limited license to process your data for service provision
• Our AI-generated recommendations are provided as guidance only

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using FitCV, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain high service uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

AI Recommendations: Our AI-generated suggestions are for guidance only. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success.

No Warranties: The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall FitCV or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
